Don began his career with Lloyd Sadd in 2024 as a broker within the Technical Risk Solutions team. With over 20 years of experience in health, safety, and risk management, Don has built a career focused on creating and implementing comprehensive safety and risk management strategies and fostering collaboration among teams. His experience spans senior leadership roles across diverse industries, as well as client-facing positions, including roles as a commercial account manager and a licensed independent claims adjuster. This diverse background provides him with a comprehensive understanding of risk and its impact on businesses.

A dedicated professional, Don has completed the Occupational Health and Safety program at the University of Calgary and the Risk Management program at York University. He serves on the Certification Review Committee for the North American Transportation Management Institute (NATMI) and holds a Certified Director of Safety (CDS) designation.

Outside of work, Don leads an active lifestyle, enjoying strength training, playing soccer, and exploring the financial markets. He also has a passion for tinkering with technology and spends his downtime listening to audiobooks and podcasts as part of his commitment to continuous learning and personal growth.
