Dillan Crema

Associate Advisor

Dillan Crema recently joined Lloyd Sadd to lead and support the launch of the Indigenous Insurance Program. Prior to this, Dillan spent 2 years with the First Nations Health Authority (FNHA), where he supported Primary Care as a Project Manager and served as an Advisor on the Funding Arrangements Team.

Now working in commercial insurance, Dillan is focused on developing equitable insurance solutions for Nation partners and implementing these programs with a community-based approach.

He holds a Diploma in Business Administration from Okanagan College and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Royal Roads University. Dillan is currently completing his Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation. He is a proud member of Saulteau First Nations.
